She previously served as a full-time arbitrator at the Shanghai Putuo District Labour and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court for seven years, during which she adjudicated over 1,000 labour dispute cases, including multiple high-profile collective labour disputes with significant social impact.

Acted for a securities firm in multiple employment disputes with its vice president, ultimately reaching a settlement that avoided substantial compensation liabilities for the client
