In the year of 2018, RDL and the Law faculty of Shanghai International Studies University jointly established the Foreign Labor Law Research Center, and established a course of labor law system for graduate students major in law.

With a team of experienced labor law lawyers, RDL provides comprehensive and systematic labor law courses for graduate students in the Law faculty of Shanghai International Studies University. The course covers legislation and development of labor law, practical issues that employers are concerned about, and real cases of labor disputes. RDL expects that students can experience the dual charm of legal theory and legal practice, and feel their professionalism and belief as law students and lawyers through the courses.
