RDL legal public welfare project for small and micro enterprises
Project background
As an important part of national economic development and social operation, small and micro enterprises have provided a large number of urban jobs, completed many inventions and created a considerable GDP. However, affected by the epidemic in recent years, small and micro enterprises needs more social care for their development. Adhering to the values of "Professionalism & Pragmatism, Innovation & leadership; Integrity & Dedication, Peace & Love", RDL aims to enhance the sense of gain from the rule of law, business security, and growth happiness for enterprises through various public welfare projects. In response to the Ministry of justice's "Opinions on Promoting Lawyers' Participation in Public Welfare Legal Services" and The Guideline to Build a National Public Legal Service System (2021-2025)", to play the role of RDL in promoting the strategy of advance the law-based governance of China, and to build the brand of RDL in the construction of the public legal service system, RDL legal public welfare project for small and micro enterprises was officially launched in March 2022.
Project content
The legal public welfare project for small and micro enterprises was led by Jason Lu, the chairman of RDL, gathered more than 20 senior experts, lawyers and consultants to specially set up a legal public welfare center for small and micro enterprises in RDL. The headquarter of the center is situated in Shanghai, with seven sub-centers in Beijing, Tianjin, Suzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenzhen, and a secretariat. The project is characterized by the institutionalization, standardization and long-term effectiveness of public welfare legal services. It is a beneficial attempt by RDL’s lawyers to organically combine their professional expertise, practical experience, hobbies and public welfare volunteer activities. It is also a bold exploration of RDL to realize the "Internet +" public welfare legal service model and make full use of various service carriers for scientific and technological innovation.
The center provides the following public welfare services：

- Rule of law information provision
- Legal lectures and training
- Legal professional consultation
Scan the QR code toconsult
Enterprises can scan the QR code and fill in a questionnaire to "ask" their own consultation questions. The secretariat of the legal public welfare center will "pre-diagnose" the consultation. After reviewing the enterprise’s qualification, the secretariat will divide the consultation questions according to the principles of "localization first, relevant experience first", and the matching members will analyze them and reply the "prescription" through the center’s email.
