A practical expert in labor law with 19 years of in-depth legal service experience in human resources and labor employment. He devotes himself to theoretical and practical research integrating labor law with company law, intellectual property law, bankruptcy law, compliance audit, IPO and other related legal fields. He is a member of the New Social Stratum in Xi’an.
Working on the front line of legal services as a practicing lawyer and drawing on years of experience as a part-time labor arbitrator, he fully understands the management demands of enterprises and provides professional insights from a unique adjudicative perspective. He focuses on systematic research and practical transformation of labor law theories.
He has delivered 50 legal training sessions for Xi’an Federation of Trade Unions and district-level trade unions, and more than 100 internal compliance training sessions on human resources for numerous central state-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, tech innovation firms and listed companies. His service scope covers internal training for financial institutions, direct negotiation projects for redundant staff optimization, compliance consulting for mass employee termination, consulting programs on social insurance risk fund disposal for conglomerates, formulation and implementation of enterprise employment systems with operational guidelines, full-cycle restructuring, optimization and practical guidance of rules and regulations for natural gas enterprises, and implementation plans for mass staff relocation and integration for large supermarket chains.
