Lawyer Liang graduated from the Law School of Shenzhen University and holds a Level 1 Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency. His working languages include Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and English. Prior to joining RDL, he worked for large Japanese enterprises such as Sanyo Electric and Denka, gaining a deep understanding of corporate culture, operational models, and the challenges of business management. His years of corporate experience combined with his professional legal expertise enable him to provide tailored legal services that fully meet the needs of enterprises.
Since joining RDL, Lawyer Liang has assisted numerous enterprises in labor relationship management consulting, spearheading various large-scale employee placement projects involving closures, suspensions, mergers, transfers, relocations, and handling numerous on-site crisis events, accumulating rich experience in the process.
