Albert Han serves as Attorney and Assistant to the Managing Partner at River Delta Law Firm, and Executive Director of the Investment and Corporate Governance Center. A graduate of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), his primary practice areas include investment and corporate governance, compliance and anti-corruption, and labor and human resources.

In non-litigation practice, Mr. Han has provided general legal counsel and specialized legal services to multiple government agencies, renowned universities, and Fortune 500 companies. He possesses extensive project experience in equity incentive plans, non-bankruptcy shareholder exits, nominee shareholding risk resolution, legal risk mitigation for senior corporate executives, foreign-invested enterprise compliance governance, and cross-border corporate investments.

In litigation and dispute resolution, Mr. Han has successfully handled numerous complex civil and commercial disputes, including major cases with disputed amounts reaching hundreds of millions of RMB. His case portfolio covers equity transfer disputes, liability disputes for damage to company interests, disputes over damage to company creditors' interests, shareholder capital contribution disputes, and labor and employment disputes.
