Vicky Huang, Partner at the overseas L&E law center of Shanghai River Delta Law Firm. Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law, University of New South Wales, Australia. Her practice primarily focuses on overseas labour and employment laws and regulations in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as cross-border labour and employment dispute resolution. She provides clients with comprehensive legal services across various jurisdictions, including Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Macao SAR, covering day-to-day legal advisory, drafting and review of employment documents, establishment of employment management systems, and resolution of labour and employment disputes.

Assisted a Chinese enterprise with the closure of its Indonesian entity, involving the termination of nearly one hundred employees, employee transition arrangements, and the resignation/removal of senior executives and directors
Advised a Chinese enterprise on employment arrangements and legal risks relating to the secondment of employees from Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and the United States to Singapore
Assisted a multinational company with the mutual termination arrangement of its legal representative in South Korea and the removal/change of the legal representative
Advised a multinational company on termination negotiations with senior executives in Australia and India, as well as related director changes
