Lily Shao, Director of the Qingdao Office, LL.M. from Northeast Normal University, Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers of Shinan District, Qingdao. Attorney Shao, with 15 years of experience in labor law practice, has represented numerous complex and challenging labor dispute cases, led individual and collective negotiation projects, staff reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives, and employee relocation and resettlement programs arising from corporate relocation. She has resolved complex issues involving work-related injuries, illnesses, standby employment, and dismissals.
