Mr. Shao has 15 years of experience in labour law practice, and has represented a large number of difficult and complex labour dispute cases, leading individual or group negotiation, staff reduction and efficiency improvement projects, employee relocation and resettlement projects, solving difficult and complex problems such as employee injuries, illnesses, pending duty, and removal of employees, as well as providing human resources compliance management and training on labour law for nearly a hundred enterprises, and providing permanent legal consultancy services for the government, state and central government enterprises, and large-scale private companies (foreign enterprises). She also provides legal consultancy services for government, state central enterprises and large private enterprises (foreign enterprises).
