Guoqing Li, Head of the River Delta Law Firm Zhengzhou Office, Doctor of Law, associate professor. He received his doctor of Law, Master of Law and bachelor of Economics degrees from East China University of Political Science and Law, Capital University of Economics and Business, and University of International Business and Economics respectively. He possesses a solid legal foundation and excels at integrating legal theory with practical legal issues. He is the author of Research on the Urban-Rural Integration of Medical Security and Its Legal Issues, Research on Restrictions of Dismissal Right, An Overview of the Labor Contract Law: Case Analysis and Commentary. During his practice, he has provided human resources consulting services and labor law training for domestic large-scale aviation industry enterprises, financial institutions, and other corporate clients, and has represented clients in numerous labor arbitration and labor litigation disputes, contract disputes, and commercial disputes.
