Lawyer Liu Yang has over ten years of professional experience in the field of labor law. He previously worked at a notary office for two years and served as a full-time labor arbitrator in Shenzhen for seven years, during which he heard more than 1,000 labor dispute cases. He currently serves as a part-time arbitrator.
He is highly proficient in applying local regulations and judicial practices in Shenzhen and Guangdong Province, with an accurate grasp of local adjudication standards. Since joining RDL Law Firm, he has handled dozens of labor dispute litigation cases annually and accumulated extensive practical experience in labor dispute resolution.

3. Deliver full-process services for underperforming employee management, including system establishment, document compilation, process sorting, operational guidelines, FAQ compilation, dispute settlement and on-site support.
4. Annually provide full-process solutions for individual employee-related cases of group enterprises, involving situation sorting, solution design, employee communication, on-site negotiation assistance and dispute handling.
5. Take part in group employee resettlement projects of many large-scale enterprises, and provide services such as preliminary risk assessment, legal document drafting, government liaison and on-site support.
