Lawyer Huang Min obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China. She has 16 years of professional experience in labor and employment legal services and has long served as a perennial legal advisor for the headquarters of multiple large financial groups. She possesses solid theoretical expertise in labor law, labor relations, social security and human resource management, with extensive practical experience in labor dispute litigation. She has represented numerous well-known large enterprises in labor dispute cases, including a collective case involving 71 employees.
