1. Oct 2025 – Jul 2026 Represented a large securities company in two labor dispute cases involving its employees, securing direct loss mitigation of over RMB 1.5 million for the company.

2. Oct 2023 – Nov 2024 Handled cases on compliant employee termination for a manufacturing enterprise. Won favorable rulings at arbitration, first instance and second instance in all proceedings, cutting the company’s direct economic losses by nearly RMB 2 million.

3. Jun 2023 – Aug 2023 Represented an enterprise in a collective labor dispute with 16 employees. Settlement agreements consistent with the company’s negotiated plan within budget were reached with 14 employees, reducing the company’s direct losses by over RMB 1 million.

4. Mar 2025 – Apr 2025 Led an employment contract replacement project for a well-known foreign-invested enterprise covering more than 400 employees. All staff were successfully transferred to the acquirer alongside business assets.

5. Nov 2022 – Feb 2023 Headed an employee resettlement project for the Chinese factory of a Nordic corporation, involving over 100 staff members.

6. Feb 2022 – Aug 2022 Led an employee resettlement project for the Suzhou subsidiary of an electrical appliance group triggered by the expiration of its business term, arranging resettlement for over 200 employees.

7. May 2015 – Aug 2015 Served as lead attorney to provide labor legal services for an employee resettlement project of a foreign-invested Tianjin petroleum equipment firm, covering more than 100 employees.

8. Provided full-day in-house training sessions on labor laws for a well-known German enterprise for two consecutive years from 2024 to 2025.
