Personal Profile
Member of the Communist Party of China, Senior Lawyer (Second-Class Lawyer).
September 1979 – July 1981: studied at Luohe Normal School.
August 1981 – May 1987: worked at Henan Provincial No. 3 Reeducation-through-Labor Center.
June 1987 – December 1989: worked at Xuchang Municipal Bureau of Justice.
Began practicing law in Xuchang, Henan Province in 1989, and passed the National Lawyer Qualification Examination in 1990.
In 1998, passed the examination of the Henan Provincial Department of Labor and was appointed the part-time arbitrator of the Xuchang Municipal Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission.
September 2003 – December 2004: practiced at Henan Century Wind (Shanghai) Law Firm.
Joined River Delta Law Firm (Shanghai River Delta Law Firm) in January 2005 and has specialized in labor law services ever since.
In 2013, passed the examination of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and was appointed the part-time arbitrator of the Shanghai Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Commission.
Previously worked at Headquarter, Suzhou Office and Beijing Office of River Delta Law Firm.
Relocated to Chengdu, Sichuan Province in March 2013 to establish Chengdu Office of River Delta Law Firm , where he has practiced ever since.
Currently serves as Senior Partner and Deputy Director of River Delta Law Firm.

Provided administrative law enforcement training for labor security inspectors under a province–city joint program
Conducted in-house training on the theme of corporate employment autonomy for a group company
Prepared enterprise labor employment guidelines for a provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security
Compiled a rights-protection handbook for new forms of employment for a provincial Federation of Trade Unions
Served as a judge for the collective bargaining competition organized by a provincial Federation of Trade Unions
Prepared guidelines on new forms of employment for a district Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, which passed the review and acceptance of the Chinese Academy of Labour and Social Security
