Personal Profile
Ms. Liu is a member of the Data Security Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and holds a master's degree in Labor Law. In 2020, she was recognized as an "Outstanding Female Lawyer" in the field of Labor and Employment in Asia by China Business Law Journal.
Ms. Liu has long provided comprehensive labor legal services to numerous multinational companies and well-known enterprises, including legal consultation, document drafting, revision of internal rules and regulations, negotiation, training, etc. She also provides clients with specialized services such as compliance investigations and related guidance. She has represented enterprises in handling collective disputes on many occasions and has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation. She has also participated in formulating and planning employee placement plans for business relocations, transfers and other projects, and has provided legal advisory services with respect to relocation, dissolution, restructuring, and structural adjustments, as well as subsequent dispute resolution. Her primary practice areas include labor and human resources, dispute resolution, compliance and prevention of duty-related crimes, data and personal information.
Ms. Liu has been invited by numerous institutions, industry associations and large enterprises to conduct public training, nearly 100 public training sessions, in-house corporate training sessions and salons. Her courses, which are professional, practical and humorous delivery, are highly praised by corporate clients.

Representing a foreign bank in handling collective labor disputes arising from large-scale workforce optimization involving thousands of employees nationwide, earning strong and sustained client trust
Representing a foreign bank in connection with exit from the China market and closure of nationwide retail operations, providing end-to-end legal services covering employee negotiations, communications, and employee placement
Representing a financial institution in managing employee placement projects across its nationwide branch network
Representing a foreign-invested enterprise in conducting full-scope compliance investigations into employees for suspected duty-related embezzlement, involving dozens of employees
