2023年6月8日至10日，2023年LAWASIA劳动法委员会会议在马来西亚沙巴州首府亚庇的丹绒亚路香格里拉度假酒店举办。本次劳动法委员会会议聚焦了包括劳动法与商业法、社会保险、远程办公、平等就业在内的多个劳动法领域的热门主题，为来自亚洲各地的律师建立一个交流的平台。江三角律师事务所首席合伙人、主任陆敬波律师，副主任、高级合伙人屈晓蓉律师及域外劳动法中心主任王天怡律师受邀参加了该会议。

 

From 8 to 10 June 2023, the LAWASIA Labour Law Committee 2023 Conference was held at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu. The Labour Law Committee session focused on topical topics in a number of Labour law fields, including Labour and business law, social insurance, telecommuting and equal employment, to establish a platform for lawyers from across Asia to exchange views. Mr. Jason Lu, chief partner and director of River Delta Law Firm, Ms. Cathy Qu, Deputy director and senior partner of River Delta Law Firm and Ms. Tina Wang, director of Foreign Labor Law Center, were invited to attend the meeting.

 

 

其中，屈晓蓉律师及王天怡律师作为发言人，分别在6月8号及9号以《劳动法及商法：企业兼并收购及责任保险的重要跨领域问题》《居家办公法律适用问题》为主题在该论坛上做了精彩分享并和与会者展开深入交流。

 

Ms. Cathy Qu and Ms. Tina Wang, as speakers, made wonderful sharing and in-depth exchanges with participants at the forum on the theme of 《Employment Law and Commercial Law: M&A and Liability Insurance: Important Crossover Issues》 and 《Working from Home: Some Complex Issues》 respectively on June 8 and 9.
