商事法律中心服务领域：

分为六个部门，负责劳动人事以外的企业市场运营全过程所发生的法律事务，并解决与之相关的各种矛盾和纠纷。
主要法律服务种类：
1 、向客户提供有关民商事务的法律咨询意见，出具法律意见书
2 、受客户委托办理各种非诉讼法律事务
3 、代理当事人通过协商、谈判、仲裁或诉讼解决纠纷和争议
4 、对客户的重大商事行为进行见证
5 、受聘担任客户的单项事务或常年法律顾问

*贸易与信用管理法务部

该部门是我们的传统业务之一，负责各种企业的贸易纠纷、债权债务的处理。

•  交易前受托为客户提供交易对方资格、资质、资信及经营状况等的调查

•  起草买卖合同、服务合同等范本，审查具体的交易合同

•  协助客户建立客户资信统计评估机制，监控合同的履行

•  通过律师函等方式为客户催收应收帐款

•  就合同履行中出现的产品质量纠纷、货款支付等纠纷提供法律意见或参与调查处理

•  合同纠纷不能通过协商解决的，必要时代为诉至法院或提出仲裁申请

* TRADE AND CREDIT MANAGEMENT LEGAL DEPARTMENT

It is one of our traditional departments in which we deal with trade disputes, credit and debt disputes, etc.

•  Be entrusted by clients to investigate the qualification, certificate, credit and management statue of the other party before business transaction

•  Drafting and reviewing sale contracts, service contracts and other contracts

•  Assisting in building up credit assess system of client, monitoring the performance of contracts

•  Receiving account receivable for clients through lawyer demanding letters and other legal actions

•  Advising legal opinions on or helping to handle disputes as the product quality and payment

•  litigation and arbitration whenever necessary
