分为六个部门，负责劳动人事以外的企业市场运营全过程所发生的法律事务，并解决与之相关的各种矛盾和纠纷。
主要法律服务种类：
1 、向客户提供有关民商事务的法律咨询意见，出具法律意见书
2 、受客户委托办理各种非诉讼法律事务
3 、代理当事人通过协商、谈判、仲裁或诉讼解决纠纷和争议
4 、对客户的重大商事行为进行见证
5 、受聘担任客户的单项事务或常年法律顾问

*房地产法务部

房地产是我们传统法务部门，办理了大量相关的诉讼和非诉讼事务，目前针对企业提供如下法律服务：

•  提供客户房地产方面的法律、法规与政策咨询

•  协助客户完成与房地产和建筑项目有关的政府审批

•  起草、审查和修改与房地产融资有关的合同与协议，并参与相关的谈判

•  审查或草拟与房地产与建筑项目勘察、设计、施工、监理有关的合同及相关法律文件

•  参与房地产与建筑项目的预售、出售、出租、转让、收购等过程中的法律事务

•  就购买或兼并、投资等项目中涉及的房产内容进行审慎调查、提出相关法律意见

*REAL ESTATE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

It is the traditional department of our firm handling a great deal of litigation and non-litigation matters, our services are as follows ：

•  Advising on laws, regulations and policies of real estate

•  Assisting in obtaining approval or licenses related to the real estate and building project

•  Drafting, reviewing and revising contracts and agreements related to financing of real estate financing, attending negotiation

•  Drafting or reviewing contracts and other related legal documents in connection with survey, design, construction and supervision of real estate and building project

•  Attending legal affairs in procedure of presale, sale, lease, transfer and purchase of real estate and building project

•  Undertaking due diligence on M&A or investment related to real estate, issuing lawyer opinions
