商事法律中心服务领域：

分为六个部门，负责劳动人事以外的企业市场运营全过程所发生的法律事务，并解决与之相关的各种矛盾和纠纷。
主要法律服务种类：
1 、向客户提供有关民商事务的法律咨询意见，出具法律意见书
2 、受客户委托办理各种非诉讼法律事务
3 、代理当事人通过协商、谈判、仲裁或诉讼解决纠纷和争议
4 、对客户的重大商事行为进行见证
5 、受聘担任客户的单项事务或常年法律顾问

业务范围包括但不限于：

•  在政府有关部门及司法机关的协助下为客户设计制定反盗版计划和措施

•  在商标注册和专利申请、复审、异议、争议解决程序方面提供法律服务

•  与知识产权有关的商业决策和公司知识产权方面的风险防范

•  起草技术转让合同及办理政府手续

•  代为安排知识产权的评估及许可事宜

•  版权注册、商号、域名、商业秘密的保护

•  计算机软件的登记注册

•  知识产权的纠纷的谈判、和解，提起法律诉讼

•  反不正当竞争的调查、行政程序及诉讼活动

•  Advising on strategies for anti-piracy under the aid the government and judicial institutions

•  Providing trademark registration and patent application, undertaking patent reexaminations and invalidations, trademark opposition procedures, pursuing judicial review of administrative decisions at the court

•  Advising on strategy for protection of commercial decisions and other IP related rights and risk management measures

•  Drafting technology transfer contracts and undertaking the administrative procedures

•  Arranging the appraisal and license of IP

•  Advising on protection of copyright registration, trade name, domain name and trade secrets

•  Advising on registration of computer software

•  Attending the negotiation, composition related to IP, and handing the litigation

•  Managing the investigation of non-competing, administrative procedures and litigations

•  Advising on other IP related matters
