商事法律中心服务领域：

分为六个部门，负责劳动人事以外的企业市场运营全过程所发生的法律事务，并解决与之相关的各种矛盾和纠纷。
主要法律服务种类：
1 、向客户提供有关民商事务的法律咨询意见，出具法律意见书
2 、受客户委托办理各种非诉讼法律事务
3 、代理当事人通过协商、谈判、仲裁或诉讼解决纠纷和争议
4 、对客户的重大商事行为进行见证
5 、受聘担任客户的单项事务或常年法律顾问

* 金融保险法务部

业务范围包括但不限于：

•  为服务对象提供有关金融法规的法律咨询

•  为金融机构发行金融产品 , 如：信托产品、银行金融产品等出具法律意见书

•  接受服务对象委托对其客户提供尽职调查

•  参与银企合作中的各类谈判并制作合同、会议纪要等有关的法律文件

•  参与金融机构设计、发行新的金融产品，并为产品的上市提供全程法律服务

•  接受服务对象的委托，以诉讼、债务重组等方式追偿银行、资产管理公司等金融机构的不良资产

•  协助金融机构构筑反洗钱预警机制

•  接受保险公司的委托，以诉讼、非诉讼方式进行代位求偿

*FINANCE & INSURANCE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Services including but not limited to ：

•  Advising on finance and insurance laws and regulations

•  Providing with Legal Opinion Paper on finance products as trust, bank finance for finance institution

•  Undertaking and providing due diligence report

•  Attending negotiations, recording meeting memoranda, drafting contracts and other related legal documents between banks and companies

•  Assisting in designs and issuance of finance products of finance institution and advising on its going on market

•  Recovering the non-performing loans by litigation and debt reorganization for finance institute as bank, assets management companies and etc.

•  Assisting in establishment of early-warning system of anti-money laundering

•  Recovering the payment by way of litigation or non-litigation being entrusted by insurance companies

•  Other related legal services
